ECONOMIC JUSTICE
We grapple with our own participation in racial capitalism as individuals and as a business, and seek opportunities to address root causes of inequity by directing resources toward communities and individuals most impacted by the oppression of this system. We work towards a future where all people have the resources needed to live creative and dignified lives.
COMMONS
While we recognize that we work within a capitalist system that thrives on individual ownership and wealth accumulation, we fight for spaces and resources that are held in common.
INTEGRITY
We strive to be ethical and communicate honestly and respectfully.
GENEROSITY
We resist scarcity. We believe that there are enough resources (relationships, imagination, skills…and yes, money) available to sustain our clients and our own business.

We believe true abundance comes from sharing.
