Fundraising Strategy

CONE’s team brings decades of fundraising experience across grants, individual giving, and events to advise organizations on strategies to achieve their goals. We will review your current practices, discuss your programmatic, organizational and financial goals, research opportunities, and develop customized materials and recommendations.

Grants Management & Writing

Since 2018, CONE has raised $5.3 Million in grants from over 100 foundations and government agencies for our nonprofit clients. We combine our expertise in grant writing with deep knowledge of the philanthropic landscape built over many years as nonprofit administrators, and we bring this knowledge to our clients, advising them on funder relationships, grant forecasting, proposal strategy, evaluation, and more. We also offer strategies and technical support for organizations to manage grant applications and reporting.

Program Development

CONE partners with organizations to develop impactful programs to meet community needs. Starting with assessment and moving through planning for implementation and evaluation and developing a case for support, we are comfortable both supporting program teams or taking the lead.
